Active stretches
Warm-up:
- kettlebell swings x 20
- rest 45-90 seconds (breathing test: When your breathing goes back to normal, start the next set)
- 3 rounds
- kettlebell clean and press x 10 (5 each side)
- kettlebell bent over row x 20 (10 each side)
- kettlebell squat x 10
- push up x 20
- kettlebell upright row x 10
- plank (1 minute)
- rest 60-120 seconds (use breathing test)
- complete 3 rounds
