Warm-up: walk or jog for ten minutes -OR- knock out around 50 jumping jacks

- burpees x 20
- plank (60 seconds)
- mountain climbers x20 (10 each leg)
- plank (45 seconds)
- push-ups x20 (for easier or more difficult versions, see my demo)
- plank (30 seconds)
- pull-ups or body rows x20
- plank (20 seconds)
- lunges x20
- REST 90 seconds
- REPEAT three times
